We are a NYC/Paris based design studio dedicated to innovative startups worldwide. We are looking for a Marketing Director experienced with digital strategies as well as managing paid ad campaigns.
Job Overview
This position is for a Marketing Director (read: Warrior) with high motivation and autonomy. You will be working with all of our long-term clients and oversee all marketing campaigns from conception to execution and reporting. You will be doing some hands-on on ads management initially and as your team grows you will focus on the more strategic aspects as opposed to the execution itself. You will also oversee internal marketing strategy in direct collaboration with the CEO. Aos, if you’ve got the wordsy chops to do some content creation as well - that’s a huge plus, and you should definitely apply!
What you will do
- You will create innovative marketing strategies targeting startups that are looking to do good in the world and manage a team of creatives to execute them.
- Manage paid ads campaigns and oversee daily multi-channel accounts optimization
- Present strategies and reports to clients
- Collaborate with account managers to create the best assets to support your marketing strategies
- You will liaise with senior leadership to ensure all business objectives are supported by the marketing team, with the prioritization of effort in line with the wider business goals.
- Build and scale the overall marketing infrastructure
- Create, own and lead the internal marketing strategy
- Utilize marketing technology tools to analyze top of funnel growth and iterate on strategies
- Oversee all client marketing campaigns from conception through to delivery and analysis of results, including digital and traditional marketing
- Continually analyze ROI to ensure maximum return on marketing campaigns and activities
- Track and analyze sales data; monitoring business trends and customer preferences
- Develop strong relationships with the Sales Department
- Develop and lead the demand generation function to drive predictable, scalable and repeatable pipeline and ultimately contribute to revenue growth
What You Should Bring to the Party
- 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience in B2B/B2C tech companies.
- Deep Paid Ads Campaign strategic and technical knowledge
- Experience with a start-up and a remote environment and a love for working independently and executing at break-neck speeds, often with little guidance and hand-holding.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling and writing skills
- A track record of creating strategies of the highest quality and top-notch execution
Compensation
This will start on a per-project basis for trial, then will turn into an indefinite monthly full-time retainer. It’s a new position, so please send your salary expectations.
